Gajewski Realty Trust
Marketing Manager and Regional Manager
New England Region
2010 – Present
As Regional Manager for Gajewski Realty, I currently oversee operations for our portfolio of commercial properties. In this role, I lead all branding, marketing, and multimedia design initiatives, supporting both the parent company and its independent brands. For over nine years, I have developed and implemented brand identities, including logo and website design, social media presence, and marketing content across digital and print platforms. I frequently collaborate with property managers to create impactful materials—such as brochures, posters, event invitations, advertisements, and promotional merchandise. My strong eye for design, combined with a deep understanding of current branding and digital trends, allows me to craft visuals that are both compelling and strategically aligned with each brand’s identity.
Prior to the sale of our residential properties, I managed daily operations and staff at Savoy Condominiums in Lubbock, Texas (serving Texas Tech University), and Orchard Acres Apartments in Storrs, Connecticut (serving the University of Connecticut). This experience strengthened my leadership and communication skills—both written and verbal—as I regularly gave housing tours, handled resident concerns, and supervised on-site employees. I also managed the digital presence of these communities, including their websites and social media pages. Working with a diverse population, including international students from around the world, further enriched my ability to communicate across cultures and meet a wide range of housing needs. Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring compliance with fair housing standards, both in our policies and in staff conduct, reinforcing my attention to detail and commitment to ethical practices.
Carol Rivest Memorial Foundation
Volunteer, Website Manager, Board Member
Monson, MA
2023 – Present
In 2023, I was contacted by the Carol Rivest Memorial Foundation during their rebranding initiative and asked to revamp their website. Upon reviewing their existing site, I identified several opportunities for improvement, including the need for a clear SEO strategy, a mobile-optimized and user-friendly design, and a blog to showcase the foundation’s achievements and continued efforts in supporting victims of domestic violence. Inspired by the mission and the potential for meaningful impact, I volunteered my web development services to help strengthen their digital presence.
Since then, I have continued to manage the foundation’s WordPress website and lead their digital marketing efforts. Through targeted social media campaigns—particularly around the Annual Memorial Benefit—and the use of visually engaging, brand-consistent content, I helped increase website traffic from an average of 100 visitors per week to over 400 within six months. In addition, I implemented a consistent blog strategy to improve engagement and visibility while reinforcing CRMF’s values and goals.
Beyond web and marketing efforts, I also contributed to organizing the foundation’s operational data. I developed a centralized relational database using Microsoft Excel to manage fundraising history, donor records, event details, and contact information. This system has improved the efficiency of major initiatives such as the Annual Memorial Benefit and the Holiday Drop-In supply drive, while also enabling better donor outreach and identifying high-value donor relationships critical to the foundation’s sustainability.
Nichols College
Adjunct Faculty in Humanities and Technology
Dudley, MA
Sept. 2017 – July 2019
Sept. 2020 – July 2022
Serving as an Adjunct Professor for over four years has strengthened my ability to engage diverse audiences, design meaningful curriculum, implement contemplative learning methods, and create inclusive, student-centered learning environments. I’ve taught courses in the Humanities, Communications, and Technology/Design, with additional expertise in hybrid and online formats, giving me a strong foundation in the principles of e-learning and digital pedagogy.
Teaching requires a blend of communication, time management, creativity, and organizational skills—and it’s in this balance that I thrive. What I enjoy most about teaching is the opportunity to weave creativity and purpose into the curriculum. I design lessons and assignments that not only meet learning objectives but also invite students to think deeply, explore personal connections to the material, and engage in alternative modes of learning. My approach is grounded in a genuine passion for education, philosophy, and the lifelong pursuit of knowledge—values I aim to pass on to every student I work with.

Dudley Conservation Land Trust
Volunteer, Board Member
Dudley, MA
2017 – 2019
My work with the Dudley Conservation Land Trust (DCLT) began in 2016, when I was invited to produce a video series highlighting some of the region’s most beloved nature sanctuaries. After securing grant funding, I filmed and edited a series of videos for DCLT’s online channels to help raise awareness of their public lands. That experience sparked a deeper passion for conservation and community engagement, which led me to join the board of directors shortly afterward.
As a board member, I helped expand the organization’s digital presence while gaining firsthand experience in land preservation, community event planning, and nonprofit communications. I developed outreach strategies to grow local awareness and support for DCLT’s mission. Most importantly, my time with the land trust reaffirmed my passion for giving back to the community through environmental stewardship and creative storytelling.
North Cascades Glacier Climate Project
Videography Intern
August 4th -18th 2014
In August 2014, I joined Dr. Mauri Pelto and his team in the North Cascades of Washington to document his long-standing research on glacial retreat for the North Cascades Glacier Climate Project (NCGCP). Over the course of two weeks, we backpacked into remote areas of the Pacific Northwest, including summits like Mt. Baker, where I filmed and produced a short video highlighting the team’s fieldwork and the pressing issue of climate change.
This physically and mentally demanding expedition taught me the value of resilience, purpose-driven work, and deep ecological connection. It was a transformative experience that deepened my commitment to environmental storytelling and inspired me to pursue a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Ecopsychology. The journey also sharpened my ability to tell impactful stories in challenging conditions—balancing both technical skills and emotional insight.
